Customizable Production Departments and Unlimited Production Sub-Departments: All Summit management systems allow the user to create up to 14 customizable production departments and an unlimited number of sub-departments. This means each shop can match their existing processes within Summit while creating an unlimited # of process sub-steps. For example, by allowing Main and Sub-steps a vehicle can be in two places at once such as Disassembly and Parts are in Cut In or Sublet and Dealer Air Bag.

Departmental Cycle Time Tracking: The measuring and reporting option provides a shop with the ability to meas-ure and manage cycle time by every step of their process. This means they can get accurate in process cycle time for each of their key business process to determine where their “constraints” or “bottlenecks” are.

Automated Pre-Close Checklist: This feature, which automatically checks custom closing rules set up by the user, can reduce the pre-close process by as much as 30 minutes while increasing accuracy by more than 50%.

Custom Forms and Reporting: All Summit management systems offers users the ability to create up to 50 Custom Forms with Image Capabilities which can be used by the shop to automatically create any form they need. All custom forms utilize data from the Summit management systems leading to the elimination of hand printed form completion. All Summit systems also allow the shop to export all of their reports to Excel so they can customize them with the format and data they want.

Shop Floor Information System: Our TechCentral™ connects the shop floor with the front office and the outside world. Web Based Vehicle Status: Our Status On-Demand™ solution provides you with a web based vehicle status solution de-signed to help you eliminate unnecessary telephone calls, improve customer service, insurance relations, and cus-tomer satisfaction.
