Integrated Digital Documentation System™: An integrated Digital Documentation/Electronic RO filing system that allows collision repairers to move to a paperless environment. Integrated digital filing options include, Digital Pictures, Scanning, Audio Notes, Video, Digital Library, SOP’s, Job Descriptions, Digital Signatures, a Digital Viewer, as well as the ability to package all digital files from an RO and share them via the Internet, e-mail, CD’s, and/or memory sticks.

Automated Event Triggered Automated Communications: Dramatically improves internal and external communications eliminates administrative and non-value added processes, and improves customer satisfaction and loyalty.
