ProfitCentral™: Integrated financial data transmission software application that allows collision repairers to collect and send financial information to the Business Works, QuickBooks, Peachtree, MAS90, and MAS200 accounting systems.
Customizable Business Rules: There are more than 130 powerful and flexible Business Rules that allow the user to control how the software works as well as their business processes.
Integrated Digital Documentation System™: An integrated Digital Documentation/Electronic RO filing system that allows collision repairers to move to a paperless environment. Integrated digital filing options include, Digital Pictures, Scanning, Audio Notes, Video, Digital Library, SOP’s, Job Descriptions, Digital Signatures, a Digital Viewer, as well as the ability to package all digital files from an RO and share them via the Internet, e-mail, CD’s, and/or memory sticks.
Customizable Production Departments and Unlimited Production Sub-Departments: All Summit management systems allow the user to create up to 14 customizable production departments and an unlimited number of sub-departments. This means each shop can match their existing processes within Summit while creating an unlimited # of process sub-steps. For example, by allowing Main and Sub-steps a vehicle can be in two places at once such as Disassembly and Parts are in Cut In or Sublet and Dealer Air Bag.
Automated Pre-Close Checklist: This feature, which automatically checks custom closing rules set up by the user, can reduce the pre-close process by as much as 30 minutes while increasing accuracy by more than 50%.
Custom Forms and Reporting: All Summit management systems offers users the ability to create up to 50 Custom Forms with Image Capabilities which can be used by the shop to automatically create any form they need. All custom forms utilize data from the Summit management systems leading to the elimination of hand printed form completion. All Summit systems also allow the shop to export all of their reports to Excel so they can customize them with the format and data they want.
Web Based Vehicle Status: Our Status On-Demand™ solution provides you with a web based vehicle status solution de-signed to help you eliminate unnecessary telephone calls, improve customer service, insurance relations, and cus-tomer satisfaction. Status On-Demand will also allow Supreme to share documents with consumers and insurers, share audio status messages with consumers, and allow consumers to send e-mails directly to estimators responsible for the vehicle. |
